Parallel House client FINC ARCHITECTS has been nominated in the “Architectural Practice of the Year” category at the Surrey Property Awards to be held at GLive in November.
In January 2024, FINC ARCHITECTS opened their new regional office in Parallel House, Guildford. Rob Symons and Steve Punter opened the FINC (Southern) region with the mission of growing a high-quality, multi-disciplinary design practice serving National House Builders, SMEs and private clients alike.
The team hit the ground running, securing Master Planning, Feasibility and Planning projects for National Housebuilders, SMEs and Land Promoters. The region has rapidly built a reputation for high quality residential design, with a commercial focus.
The Guildford office has grown rapidly and recently moved to its third office within Parallel House to facilitate additional growth, and are currently a team of seven Architects and Landscape Architects and anticipate continued growth in terms of business and staff.
