one-off set-up fee
All fees are invoiced quarterly and are due for payment in advance by direct debit. A deposit of £100 (£200 for the Portfolio service) is refundable on departure. This allows you to use telephones, faxes, photocopying, room hire, and the call transfer facility, as well as postage and envelopes for forwarding mail. A monthly account in arrears will then be submitted and settled by direct debit.
These services are offered for a minimum period of six months, after which notice to cease must be given in writing before further quarterly invoices are raised (to arrive at our offices no later than the last day of the second month in any quarter).
Parallel Business Centres may not be used as a Registered Address for any business.
While you’re here, you’ll have access to all of our services including telephone, broadband, fax, photocopiers, reception facilities, and meeting rooms. It’s a quiet place to get things done – and also the ideal way to meet other businesses and grow your network in an informal social setting.
